Titus Yong
- Facilitator
Titus Yong is the founder of Ingenio Pte Ltd, an organization that offers programs, assessments, educational resources and projects related to creativity & ingenuity. Titus also serves as an adjunct faculty for the “Creative Thinking” course at the Singapore Management University.
Titus and his organization were honored with the Indira India Innovation Award in 2008. Some students who had undergone the creativity training programs and used their projects to win creativity related competitions such as the Ideas@Work Competition and Young Inventors Award.
Titus holds a master’s degree from Harvard University after completing an interdisciplinary program in education, business and psychology. He is certified in positive psychology coaching by the founder of the Positive Psychology movement Prof. Martin Seligman. He was an ASEAN scholarship recipient at the National University of Singapore Business School.
Titus’s past experience include being an investment manager at Transpac Capital, a regional private equity firm. He was responsible for managing and evaluating investments in the technology, consumer goods and education industries. Prior to that, he was a process consultant at Andersen Consulting (renamed Accenture). He started his career with Schlumberger working on oil and gas drilling platforms in Australia, Borneo, China and USA.
His projects and speaking engagements include companies & conferences such as: Asia Pacific Professional Speakers Summit 2007, American Creativity Association Conference 2009, Asia Pacific Conference on Giftedness 2008, Hitachi Chemical, National Semiconductor, Standard Chartered Bank, Sembawang Logistics, Singapore Police, Wynn Macau, New Voice Club of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Shanghai University, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (China), among others.
