Louise Curtis is a versatile, experienced International Personal Banking Manager and Coach with success in delivering business results, personal and team development.
With excellent motivational and influencing skills, she prioritizes and manages key objectives through excellent planning and control, therefore achieving quantifiable success in the delivery of focused sales campaigns and business results. Her track record, inclusive of the selection and appointment of personnel, has been proven and empowered by her skills in developing those individuals towards corporate and personal targets.
In her 24 years of experience prior to DOOR International, she had been designated to various positions at Lloyds TSB Group, such as: Branch Manager, Regulated Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Local Business Development Manager, Distribution Support Manager, and most recently, General Manager for International Personal Banking Asia from February 2006 to March 2009.
She has participated in and successful facilitated various courses and trainings over the last five years, including Performance Coaching, Change Management, Advanced Interviewing Skill, Coaching for Results, Managing & Leading Teams, Cross Cultural Awareness, Developing Trainers and Coaches Workshop, Account Manager, Distribution as a Profit Center, Coaching Practitioner, and Key Account Manager.
She is a British citizen who has lived in Hong Kong and is currently based on Manila, Philippines with her family.
