Leah Zveglich is an executive coach with expertise in strategic thinking, decision making and leadership development.

Her executive coaching uses systems thinking as a framework, managed through appreciative inquiry and behavioral coaching approaches. Through innovative thinking processes, she supports executives and organizations to identify root causes of problems, to find long-term solutions and to achieve higher performance. She acts as a sounding board helping her clients make better decisions while encouraging life-long learning and leadership improvement.

Leah facilitates strategic planning using pragmatic methods. Providing an objective outsider’s view using qualitative analysis and participative methods, she helps individuals and organizations discover hidden potentials. She emphasizes integrated management efforts and entrepreneurial management to grow business.

She has lived and worked in Europe, North America and Asia and believes that management in different countries and industries have many issues in common. Leah has over 20 years of business experience as a management consultant, top business executive and entrepreneur. Due to her unique background in entrepreneurship and management, her strengths lie in innovation, integration and implementation. She did her graduate study in organizational behavior at Harvard University, international business at the University of Massachusetts and MBA at the University of Western Sydney.

She has started and managed her own companies since college and worked for start-ups or early stage companies, leading them through the growth stage. In 1986, the Young Entrepreneur’s Association in the U.S selected her as entrepreneur of the year. In 1997, for her outstanding export achievement with Aster International Company, she was invited to the White House by President Bill Clinton and was nominated for a business export award. She has received various business awards in the U.S and has delivered lectures and written many articles to inspire and motivate other business leaders.
